HepCARE
Transforming
Complex Cohort Management

HepCARE Vision
A revolutionising decision therapy tool for hepatitis, HIV, and liver disease at a local level and with government bodies.

10.5 million NHS test results have been automatically fed to HepCARE through integrations.
BCB Medical is a Nordic group of healthcare and data experts who work at government and local level to provide end-to-end clinical intelligence using past and present data for better patient outcomes.
We help healthcare generate clinical intelligence to support enhanced decisions about treatment pathways and resource allocation by providing technology which manages clinical data, from collection to conclusion.

How HepCARE works
HepCARE helps healthcare providers effectively manage and identify patient cohorts to improve clinical outcomes by delivering comprehensive data integration, real-time analytics and customisable clinic workflows.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

every day practice”

WHAT CLIENTS SAY
“The Health Solutions team have been very supportive with regard to adapting HepCARE for research projects. We are due to launch HepCARE for us in clinical practice in the upcoming weeks in order to better manage our chronic hepatitis B caseload. We anticipate this will help with identifying the lost to follow-up cohort ”

WHAT CLIENTS SAY
"I have been using HepCARE for a few years and find it a very useful system.
As HepCARE interfaces with Pathology, it saves me a lot of time having to search for SVR 12 and other bloods required for NHSE MDT forms are clear and readable and hold a lot of information that is required for NHSE. Each individual patient has their own check list to ensure when submitting patients to ARDEN/Gem, all details are present. Help is at hand for is I have a query or something rectifying”
- ODN Manager
WHAT CLIENTS SAY
"HepCARE has been a game changer for us. We’ve gone from using nursing time to maintain an excel spreadsheet several times a day to an automated error free system entering data in real time. Although the analysts will challenge me on this, I think the real benefit has been on the front line. HepCARE has freed up significant clinical time, bringing nurses back to patients and revolutionising our MDT meetings.
Thinking about it, that’s the beauty of HepCARE actually; it’s not just an IT system, BCB have created a network of relationships which makes the system work for its users on so many levels - not something we are used to in the NHS…”
